Across the Floor

The union Across The Floor is amongst the local actors from Aarhus’ music environment who is invited by 2017 to contribute content to one of the many places in Aarhus city that will be filled with music during the finale party on December 9th.

The union, which works with experimenting music and sound art, presents a programme with experimenting music and sound artists at Aarhus City Hall from 8.60 pm to 1.30 am.

Besides the main stage at the city hall building, there is also, in collaboration with the local label Taarnet Tapes, scheduled three concerts at a smaller stage in the basement below city hall where talents from the experimenting growth layer will be entering the scene.

As a supplement for the musical experience the audience will also have the opportunity to discover a visual world with video projections and staging of the city hall’s architectural dimensions in ways you have never experienced them before.
