Monitoring of activities in 2017:
In 2017, we will monitor at two levels:
1) At project level, which you already know
2) At activity level, which is audience counting only
When the project has completed all activities in 2017 you will receive a monitoring questionnaire regarding the full project and all activities. Here you can see how the 2017 monitoring questionnaire looks like. Remember that this pdf-file is not for reporting project information. You will receive an e-mail with a link regarding project information.
Most of you will also receive an e-mail with a link to a very short questionnaire after each activity regarding the audience numbers. The purpose is solely to collect the audience numbers for every activity. This guide will explain which audiences to count and which not to count. Furthermore, the guide will include the different methods you can use. You can find the guide here.
We are in dialogue with several projects to make an agreement regarding the audience counting. If you have an urgent need to investigate how you can count your audiences, please feel free to contact us.
It is important that audience counting – or estimating – does not become too resource demanding for you. We hope that the guide will help you in the process; otherwise please write or call the Secretariat.
You are always welcome to contact us. If you have any questions regarding monitoring etc., please contact Brian Ebbesen on firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 4184 7024.
