An Aarhus 2017 and Central Denmark Region Event
Presented by Danish Fashion Institute, Femmes Régionales, Ane Lynge-Jorlén and Headstart Fashion
A curated fashion project under Aarhus 2017 with selected Danish talents.
ANYbody is an experience that questions the way we look at our body. Some of the finest talents in Danish Fashion and Art will perform the task of creating new form experiments that transcends the boundaries of how we perceive our own body. The objective is to challenge the current body shape and aesthetics.
The works explore the body and challenges our expectations in terms of how we dress and how that reflects our bodies. The project will set out to explore the possibility of twisting our common understanding of the human silhouette by creating extraordinary bodily works.
The costumes will be exhibited in the heart of Aarhus city to meet their audience, where their presence underlines the reality and context they are put into.
ANYbody connects emerging talent and local partners in new creative outbursts.

About More Creative
Our Creative Industries are looking at ways to generate, innovate, and evolve new business ideas and methodologies. In our year of culture we are working in partnership with big, small and incubator businesses to make sure we stay at the leading edge of these developments.
We recognize the symbiosis between the artist and the entrepreneur and establish ways for them to connect, develop and discover together.
Working with More Creative we are stimulating the environment for digital communicators, urban innovators, fashion designers and product creators so that we can live smarter and better in the future. Aarhus 2017 is about business growth and shared prosperity born from meeting the needs of the consumer now and into the future
More Creative is led by the Central Denmark Region in partnership with Aarhus 2017 to make Denmark a global player in the creative economy. It is our belief that the creative economy is the economy of the future because the creative industries hold the solutions to the challenges of tomorrow.
The initiative develops and supports creative business environments and builds bridges to the wider business community in cooperation with regional knowledge institutions. More Creative actively supports four clusters in the fields of architecture, design, fashion, and digital visual industries.
